Don’t let the word “base” fool you. The standard E-4K is a turnkey hydrocarbon extraction system, engineered to process approximately 12 pounds per hour of cold extraction without relying on separate chillers or heaters.
Thanks to our ProJak™ DX Refrigeration System, the E-4K maintains temps of lower than -50C, preserving terpenes, reducing post-processing, and minimizing your energy footprint. It’s optimized for both live (wet) and cured (dry) material—no need to change equipment for different input types.
This configuration utilizes the IE T-091 Process Compressor and includes our patented GD-1 Rotary Solvent Evaporator, which can evaporate 20 lbs. of solvent per minute. It uniquely boils off your solvent under pressure, not vacuum. This accelerates evaporation and streamlines the workflow without the need for additional ancillary equipment.

The T300 builds on the T200 by adding the IE-291 Process Compressor, a game-changing upgrade that eliminates the final recovery bottleneck for high-throughput labs.
The IE-291 Compressor is designed to manage heavier solvent volumes with ease, ensuring continuous, balanced operation and optimized flow. It’s perfect for labs processing large volumes or running multiple skews back-to-back.
When your demand goes up, so can your columns. The MAX configuration boosts your input capacity by 50% to 100%, either by increasing column diameter (from 4″ to 6″) or by doubling the number of extraction columns./p>
