Dear Chillers & Heaters,

It’s not me… it’s you.

We’ve had some good times together. I’ll never forget the way you made me wait… and wait… and wait some more while you slowly crawling to temperature. Those quiet mornings, standing around the lab, coffee in hand, just hoping today would be the day you’d actually hit a setpoint in time to get a few runs in before lunch.

I’m really going to miss that.

And how could I forget your consistency? The way you’d struggle to hold temperature after running all day… drifting just enough to make me question everything, but not enough to fully fail. That constant guessing game kept things exciting.

You always knew how to keep me on edge.

I’ll especially miss the maintenance. The service calls. The consumables. The filters. The fluids. The alarms that would go off right when things were finally moving. There was nothing quite like cracking open the manual at 9:30 at night, wondering what fresh surprise you had waiting for me this time.

You really kept life interesting.

And the downtime… wow. That one hurts the most.

Nothing builds character like a chiller going down mid-run and bringing production to a complete halt. Watching the clock tick while waiting on parts, hoping service techs had availability, explaining to management why we weren’t producing today… or tomorrow… or maybe even next week.

Those were memories I’ll never forget.

But the truth is, I’ve grown.

I’ve realized relationships shouldn’t be this complicated. They shouldn’t require constant babysitting, endless maintenance, and backup plans for when things inevitably fall apart.

I deserve better. And honestly, I found something better, they call it ProJak DX Refrigeration.

I just deserve a system that shows up ready to work. Systems that don’t make me wait around all day just to get started. Systems that don’t threaten to shut everything down the moment they get tired.

So this is goodbye.

Not because I didn’t care…
But because I finally realized I don’t have to live like this anymore.
